  • Coordinates and designs the Juliette Gazette magazine (3X per year), including taking and selecting photos, organizing stories, establishing deadlines, writing cut lines, coordinating mailing list and working with printers on print deadlines.
  • Implements layout and design of internal and external projects including monthly E-newsletters, recruitment materials, Girl Scout merchandise, Girl Scout Cookie Program and Fund Development while adhering to timelines.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to develop marketing concepts for Recruitment, Volunteers, Girl Scout Cookie Program, programing and overall council needs.
  • Maintains updates, design elements and overall consistency of Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska website.  
  • Creates attractive and navigable design elements for Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska’s website and social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
  • Ensure adherence to Girl Scouts USA graphic and branding guidelines in all Council communications and act as staff liaison for incoming and outgoing information, training, and support for creation of marketing materials.
  • Manages all incoming emails to the marketing department related to photos, stories and inquiries.
  • Works closely with girl member patch contest winners to turn their drawings into digital art for patch production. Efforts includes teaching the girls about graphic design, branding and Pantone colors.
